VEKA PF 70

Windows made by us in the VEKA PF 70 system are addressed to customers who appreciate quality and functionality. The Veka PF 70 profile is produced in class A (minimum thickness of external walls 2.8 mm) and a five-chamber structure of the frame and casement. Its thermal insulation parameters at the level of Uf - 1.3 W m2 / K with the selection of an appropriate glazing unit allow for the construction of windows that meet the current needs of multi-family and institutional housing. Properly selected and applied steel reinforcement sections enable the construction of large-size windows corresponding to the current architectural trends. As a standard, we have equipped windows in this system with a single-chamber glazing unit (two glasses) with a coefficient of Ug-1.0 W m2 / K. The connection with the profile itself allows us to obtain the desired result of thermal transmittance of the entire reference window at the level of Uw - 1.3 W m2 / K. This parameter characterises windows that meet current building requirements. In this system, we can optionally use a two-chamber glazing unit with the Ug-0.6 W m2 / K coefficient, increasing the energy-saving value.

Advantages of VEKA PF 70 profiles:
  • 70 mm construction depth
  • 5 chambers
  • A system of two external seals ensuring a very good tightness, acoustic insulation and thermal insulation. The surfaces of the seals directed with a slope of 15 degrees (the same as the profiles) - allow excellent drainage of water and dirt.
  • The thickness of the external walls of the profile is 3 mm (with a tolerance of 0.2 mm), which is a parameter that meets the highest RAL standards - "Class A *" (PN-EN 12608)
  • Proven steel reinforcements for excellent statics and long-term preservation of window function.
Glass
4/18Argon/4/18Argon/4TM 48mm
Ug=0, 5W/m²K; g=50%; Lt=70%

The window is equipped with a two-chamber glazing unit (three panes) with a coefficient of Ug- 0.6 W m2 / K, which as a result of connection with the profile itself, allows obtaining the desired result of thermal transmittance of the entire reference window at the level of Uw - 0.95 W m2 / K . This parameter characterises windows that meet current and future building requirements.
